Refund policy

Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are generally final.

If a file is damaged or won't open and we can't fix it, if you were charged twice, or if you bought a bundle and then a product it already contains within 14 days, we'll refund you in full.

Email hello@trackerplanner.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
