How do I get my files?
Right after payment you land on a page with your download links, and we email the same links to the address you used at checkout. Nothing is shipped.
My download link stopped working
For security, each link only works for a short time. Open the link in your order email again, or log in, and you'll get fresh links straight away.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout works fine. If you create an account with the same email you used at checkout, every past and future purchase shows up under Downloads.
Which apps do the spreadsheets work with?
The .xlsx files open in Microsoft Excel (Windows, Mac, web and mobile). To use one in Google Sheets, upload it to Google Drive and open it with Sheets.
Can I print the PDFs?
Yes. Printables are sized for US Letter paper, and you can print as many copies as you need for your own use. They also work in note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Notability.
