A 20-minute Sunday reset that fits an ADHD week
Weekly planning doesn't need to take an afternoon. Twenty focused minutes is enough to look back, look ahead and choose what matters.
Start with last week: what got done, what slipped, and what you'd rather not repeat. Then glance at your calendar for the fixed commitments.
Finally, pick three priorities for the week. Not ten. Three. Write them where you'll see them every morning, and let the rest wait.
